GCL Team - HAMBURG GIANTS.

Only two remain from Hamburg Giants' starting order last season - Bart Bles (NED) and Suus Kuyten (NED). French icon Simon Delestre (FRA) returns to the team, as well as Jur Vrieling (NED). Linda Heed (SWE) and U25 Sara Vingralkova (CZE) are two new faces to the GCL circuit, who will bring a fresh injection of talent to this new lineup.

Can the giants top the table in 2022 with their exciting new cast?

Bart Bles: Competing for Netherlands: Age 41: Bart made a successful debut on the GCL team competition with the Hamburg Giants in 2019. Part of the winning team in Berlin and on the podiums in both Mexico City and Rome, Bart will again wear the Hamburg Giant colours in the 2022 season.

Jur Vrieling: Competing for Netherlands: from: Slochteren: Age 52: Jur joined the GCL circuit as part of the Prague Lions team in 2021, bringing his experience from a season with the Valkenswaard United team in 2017 and with the Doha Falcons in 2019 (including a podium finish in the GCL of Monaco) to this competitive line-up. He transfers to Hamburg Giants for 2022 alongside some other established names such as Bart Bles and Simon Delestre.

Simon Delestre: Competing for France: From Metz: Age 40: Simon has been part of the GCL team competition since 2017, competing at many legs of the circuit, first with the St.Tropez Pirates, then with Monaco Aces before joining the Hamburg Giants in 2019. Alongside his teammate Bart Bles, he was on the podium in Mexico City and Rome and will brought valuable experience to the then- newly formed team. In 2022 the Giants have added to their impressive lineup and will be looking to head further towards the top of the leaderboard in 2022.

Linda Heed: Competing for Sweden: Age 42: Linda joins the GCL circuit for the first time in 2022, riding for Hamburg Giants alongside Bart Bles, Jur Vrieling, Simon Delestre, Suus Kuyten and U25 Sara Vingralkova.
