THE 13th JUMPING INTERNATIONAL DE MEGÈVE : AN UNMISSABLE RENDEZVOUS
From July 6th to 14th, 2024, the Jumping International of Megève returns for a week filled with top-tier equestrian competition.
Eyeing the prestigious CSI3* with classes featuring jumps up to 1.50 meters, riders from across Europe and beyond have already marked this event in their calendars.
The festivities begin on July 6th and 7th with the traditional national competition, welcoming French club, amateur, and professional riders. This event provides emerging talents a stage to excel in this iconic arena. Starting July 10th, the focus shifts to the international scene with the CSI3* and CSI1*, showcasing the pinnacle of show jumping in Megève’s magnificent setting.
If the event is so popular with enthusiasts and the general public alike it is because beyond the conventional classes on offer during the day, the evenings are a real must too! Relay and 6-bar classes, Jump & Drive, concerts and other surprises that never fail to raise the mood and get the crowd going even more!
Among the new features on offer in 2024 is the "Megève Summer Auction" scheduled for Friday the 12th of July, a sales auction organised in conjunction with Extra Horses, offering a selection of promising show jumping horses.
With over 500 horses, 350 riders from some twenty nations and 30,000 visitors expected over the week, the Jumping International of Megève is an invitation to experience equestrian sport in a friendly, festive environment, whether you're a horse lover or quite simply, just curious.
