By incorporating mental skills into our routines ahead of time, we can unlock their power during those high-stakes moments when we need them the most. Let us delve into the journey of a rider named Sam, who struggled with low self-confidence in the saddle. Through the practice of mental skills, she experienced a remarkable transformation and discovered a newfound joy in competition.
Understanding the Impact of Our Thoughts: The language we use to make sense of our daily experiences has a profound impact on our emotions and focus.
