10 Equestrian businesses over 12 weeks competed in the Hoofpick Masters Series. The aim – to increase profit and client loyalty whilst spending less time marketing and micro managing.

Using the power of their own mobile apps they completed six challenges to vie for the crown of the Equestrian Marketing Master of the Year 2022.

Along with the title and prestige, a brand new Jump4Joy showjump was up for grabs and fortnightly gift vouchers too...

The challenges -

  • One Media, Multiple Channels – The power of the mobile apps very own news feed.

  • Create beautiful QR Codes - Linking through to import information and making it super easy for clients to scan with a QR code reader built into the app.

  • Digital Scoring Sheets, Forms & Surveys it’s all Hoofpick Biz - Making forms less tedious and more tidy, with information collected at a click and stored safely online.

  • Harnessing the Power Of Push Notification - Sending messages directly to everyone with the centres app.

  • Centres Choice The Possibilities are Endless – Taking some new app features for a test ride and trying something new.

  • Retro Your Ride See How Far You’ve Come – Having spent the last few months learning how to increase productivity and profit, it was time to go back to the start and see how their business had improved - Bringing all that new found knowledge together.

Wow, we were absolutely astounded with the efforts the equestrian centres put in over the last few months! From creating viral news posts to designing their first QR codes, using digital score sheets, collecting rider feedback, implementing new features and seeing the power of a push notification - it’s been one hell of a ride! We’ve loved being on this journey and learning from the centres too. However, we could only have one champion and this particular business really did take the bit between their teeth! They tackled each challenge with ease and achieved incredible results…

  • 25% increase in app downloads,

  • 20% increase in active users, and

  • 31% increase in entries per event!
